Well decorated and lovely seating area downstairs. They work hard everyday and they definitely are our most valuable resource. Rooms clean and comfortable. I really enjoyed the sitting area that was separate from where our beds were. I am still pleasantly surprised by Best Western each time I stay with them. Shared Shuttle picked us up at front door for easy, reasonable van transfer to cruise port! In fact, you had reserved a prepaid rate, which is no longer cancellable and refundable. The only issue we ran into was noise from a bar near by, but the staff assured me the second booking I made at this hotel for a couple of days later was in a room facing the inside courtyard. Sadly, the area is dirty but that's the only thing that isn't excellent about it. Location: Near the train station a taxi ride away from the center of Rome. We are proud to be part of it and we couldn't be happier you noticed we put attention even in details. the breakfast and the room we gave to you. The bar was a nice place to relax and the bar staff were very friendly, they also laid on nibbles in the afternoon which was a nice touch. Fabulous hotel. Lean out the window to look for the metal braces that keep the shutters open. Breakfast was still a bit skimpy as to what we are used to at other similar type hotels. There are many local restaurants around the hotel and it is within easy walking distance of Via Cavour and Via Nationale; a lot of the attractions were also within comfortable walking distance of the hotel.
